1. Introduction

Welcome to Le Frufru Venezia. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

2. Product Information

The products offered are totally artisanal and handmade. Due to the artisanal nature of the product, slight imperfections may occur, which attest to its authenticity and uniqueness.

3. Order Process

The order process begins through our website where the customer can select the desired footwear and proceed with the order and payment. We will then proceed with the preparation of the order for shipping and in Italy within 5 working days the product will be delivered to the customer. Instead in the rest of the Europe the product will be delivered in 10 days. We use newsletters to inform the customer through the various steps of the process and inform him about the shipment.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are listed on our website. Payment is to be made on the checkout page. We accept payments in Euro (€) via credit cards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy where the expected delivery time is 5 working days from the order, if placed before 2:00 pm. The shipping cost is €6,90; shipping is free for orders of at least two pairs of shoes.

We ship also in the rest of the Europe where the expected delivery time is 5-10 working days from the order, if placed before 2:00 pm. The shipping cost is €13.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy


Within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or the wrong size you can return it, here's how:

- Send us an email to info@lefrufruvenezia.com or contact us in DM on Instagram indicating the problem that has arisen, in the case of defective goods photos are welcome.

- After our confirmation you can send us the goods to be returned to the following address (shipping costs will be paid by the customer):

We will refund the amount of the purchased item (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible.

USEFUL NOTES:
- We do NOT accept returns and do NOT issue refunds in the case of products used and/or ruined by the customer (e.g. wear and tear or insufficient packaging in the return shipment).

    Your user account is used to manage orders and view purchased products. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, and for restricting access to their computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
